2. What information do we need to start with

Please indicate who you are, where you are from, and where your interest in the TTP registery comes from (physician, patient or family member)

3. What are your specific needs?

Please let us know precisely what your needs are. We are more than happy to answer your requests in the best way we can. Regardless if your questions are about hereditary TTP, 

treatment/diagnosis related questions, or how to be enrolled into the Registry
